A pioneer in corporate responsibility (CR) and sustainability, Samantha Taylor founded Reputation Dynamics to provide creative business and marketing solutions for executive management and their teams to protect and enhance the reputation of their brands, business, employee and community interests. Sam brings 15 years of for and non-profit branding, marketing and business development experience in the business-to-consumer and business-to-business sectors, having worked in both agency leadership and corporate marketing roles. Her key areas of expertise include brand development and positioning, integrated marketing and communications, cause marketing and philanthropic development, local and international community engagement. Diverse industry experience includes healthcare, lifestyle, professional and financial services including the US, Europe and Africa. An advocate and speaker of ‘Doing Good in Society,’ she consults with a diverse range of companies and individuals who are about to start, or currently engaged in, developing sustainable responsibility program initiatives. Key social and humanitarian issues include HIV/AIDS, poverty, environmental, workplace development and education. Formerly, Sam was the Chief Marketing Officer of GMHC, the nation’s oldest non-profit HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment and care services provider where she spearheaded a once-in-27-year rebranding initiative in 2009. Previously, Sam was a Managing Director at advertising firm Bozell Worldwide; Senior Vice President at FD; Director at Gavin Anderson – international business and financial services consulting firms. A native of London, Sam spent an impressionable part of her childhood growing up in Kenya, East Africa where she was engaged in community work with The East African Women’s League. She is a board member of the Stonewall Community Foundation, faculty member of the Broadway Theatre Project and founding member of The CMO Club. Sam’s recent speaking engagements include the American Marketing Association, The Corporate Council on Africa, PRSA, The CMO Club, Progressive Media Conferences and Diversity Best Practices.
